Chef Mike Davis of Terra has been asked to prepare a meal at the James Beard House in New York City Tuesday, February 9. He’ll be preparing a meal full of favorites on the Terra menu including Port Royal shrimp Remoulade with Fried Green Tomato Salad and Benton’s Country Ham.
To make this trip to New York happen, Terra will be closed Tuesday, February 9. Join us later in the week to celebrate Valentine’s Day and try out the dishes from the James Beard dinner menu.
